Monarch is looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Seasonal On-Call Snow Removal Team in Marquette, Michigan! This position plays an important role in keeping our communities safe and accessible throughout the winter season. Responsibilities:
Shovel snow from sidewalks, walkways, stairs, and building entrances
Apply salt or ice melt to prevent slips and falls
Respond to snow events on an on-call basis
Work efficiently and safely in winter weather conditions
Operating a Snow blower
Communicate with the team as needed during snow events
Qualifications:
Reliable and able to respond when called
Comfortable working outdoors in snowy and cold conditions
Ability to lift and use a shovel for extended periods
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
What We Offer:
Starting wage of $20.00 per hour
