We’re looking for a full-time, year-round Landscaper to help keep our Marquette properties looking sharp, vibrant, and welcoming—through all four seasons!

What You’ll Do
Create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces for our apartment communities
Mow, trim, plant, prune, weed, and generally make the place look amazing
Assist with seasonal tasks—fall cleanups, winter snow removal, spring refreshes, and summer shine-ups
Work with a supportive team that values craftsmanship, pride, and good attitudes
What We’re Looking For
Experience with landscaping or groundskeeping
Comfort working outdoors in all types of Upper Peninsula weather
Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment safely
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
A positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Reliability—you show up, you pitch in, and you care
