Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
3+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
Yardi experience is preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be able to pass a soft credit review
Compensation and Benefits Available:
$17.00 to $18.00 an hour
Excellent Commission potential! Up to $100/Renewal and up to $100/Rental!
Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise up to 5%, every year
