Monarch is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our FAMILY at The Bronco Club Apartments in Kalamazoo, Michigan. We start at $20.00 an hour + ALL LEASE RENEWAL COMMISSIONS ARE YOURS up to $75/renewal and $75/rental!

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience required
Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a soft credit review
Yardi experience is preferred
Compensation and Benefits Available:
Pay starts at $20.00 an hour
Incredible Commission potential! Up to $75/Renewal (ALL YOURS!) and $75/Rental
