Monarch is actively recruiting a National Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations based in East Lansing, Michigan.

This role involves traveling across the Midwest region with Monarch, supporting apartment communities throughout Michigan and neighboring states. Expect 50% travel nationwide as part of this dynamic position. Explore more about us at mimginvestment.com – we’d love for you to apply!

Salary: $65,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time Year-Round with Daytime Shifts

Qualifications Needed:

• Preferably HVAC EPA or CPO certified

• Over 7 years’ experience in maintenance roles including at least 5 years specifically within apartment complexes

• National travel experience is preferred

• Ability to pass a credit evaluation and full background check

• Skills in drywall installation along with painting and carpentry

• Proficient in plumbing tasks such as soldering copper pipes

• Experienced in electrical work involving outlets, switches, and light fixtures

Compensation & Benefits Offered:

• Salary of $65K per year

• Annual salary increments up to 5%
