We are currently seeking a Full-Time - Year-Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our crew at Tourville Apartments in Marquette, Michigan. Check out your future CAREER below!

Work Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM for daytime shifts. On-call duty occurs one week every seven weeks for excellent work-life balance! Full-time employment all year round with no layoffs and opportunities for overtime!

What We Provide:

• Up to $21 per hour

• Annual salary increases up to 5%

• Quarterly maintenance incentive plan up to $3,000 each year!

• On-call bonus of $100 per week while on call; minimum pay of 1.5 hours per call.
